Portfolio Development Journey

From day one, I knew the biggest challenge wouldn't be building the portfolio. It would be documenting the journey. Every designer faces this: you iterate fast, break things, fix them, and by the end you have nothing to show for the process.

So I built a custom documentation system that automatically captures progress before every commit. One command (npm run capture:dev) takes screenshots in light/dark themes across desktop and mobile, generates structured timeline data, and creates this living case study.

The result? Authentic proof of real problem-solving, not just polished final outputs.
